Maren is Lease24's built-in AI assistant designed to help landlords and property managers handle day-to-day tasks using natural language. Instead of clicking through menus, you can simply tell Maren what you need — and she'll take care of it.
Tip: You can access Maren from the AI Assistant page in the sidebar, or from the floating chat panel on supported pages.
How to Talk to Maren
Maren understands natural, conversational language. You don't need special commands — just describe what you want.

Tips for Best Results
- Be specific — "Show overdue payments over 30 days" works better than "payments"
- Use names — "What's the status of Unit 4A at Maple Street?" helps Maren find the right data
- Ask follow-ups — Maren remembers the conversation, so you can drill deeper
- Use the suggestion buttons — They're the fastest way to continue a workflow
- Ask what she can do — Say "What can you help me with?" anytime for a capabilities overview
AI Credits
Maren usage is tracked via AI credits. Your plan includes a daily allowance. You can view your balance in Settings > AI Credits or ask Maren directly: "How many AI credits do I have?"
