Dashboard Overview
- Portfolio Summary: Total units, occupancy rate, monthly revenue
- Recent Activity: Latest payments, maintenance requests, lease changes
- Property Cards: Quick-glance status for each property

Use the sidebar to access Properties, Financials, and Approvals.
What Owners Can vs. Cannot Do
Owners have view-only access. Operational actions (creating leases, sending invoices) are handled by managers or hybrid users.
