What Requires Approval
- Major maintenance expenses above a set threshold
- Lease renewals or terminations
- Rent adjustments
- Capital improvements
Approving or Declining
- Navigate to Owner Portal → Approvals
- Review the pending item details
- Click Approve or Decline
- Add optional notes for the manager
