I can't log in
- Check that you're using the correct email address
- Try resetting your password from the login page
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
My invoice didn't send
- Verify the tenant has a valid email address on file
- Check your email integration settings under Settings → Notifications
I can't see my properties
- Ensure you're in the correct organization (check the org switcher)
- Verify your role has property access
Payments aren't showing up
- Payment processing can take 1–3 business days
- Check the payment status in Payments → History
- Ensure your Stripe account is properly connected
My lease upload failed
- Supported formats: PDF only
- Maximum file size: 10 MB
- Ensure the PDF is not password-protected
