Is Lease24 available outside Ontario?
Lease24 is expanding across Canada. Ontario-specific features (RTA notices, Form 2229E) are available now, with other provinces coming soon.
Can I manage multiple properties?
Yes! The Free plan supports 1 property. Upgrade to Growth for up to 20 units, or Scale for 100–300 units.
How does AI lease extraction work?
Upload a PDF lease and our AI reads the document, extracting tenant info, property details, rent amounts, and key dates. You review and confirm before saving.
Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Row-level security ensures users only see data they're authorized to access.
Can tenants pay rent online?
Yes, through Stripe integration. Tenants receive invoice emails with a secure payment link.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription to downgrade or cancel. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Financial reports, tenant lists, and lease documents can all be exported as PDF or CSV.
