    1. Open the request from your Maintenance inbox
    2. Click Acknowledge to notify the tenant
    3. Create a Work Order if needed
    4. Assign a vendor and set a schedule date
    5. After work is completed, upload completion photos
    6. Mark the request as Completed
    7. Close the request
