What Gets Generated
The AI creates a full lease agreement that includes:
- Parties (landlord and tenant details)
- Property description and address
- Lease term with start and end dates
- Rent amount, due date, and payment terms
- Security deposit terms
- Maintenance responsibilities
- Rules and regulations
- Termination and renewal clauses
- Province-specific legal requirements
For Ontario leases, the generated content aligns with the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) requirements.
Reviewing the Generated Lease
After generation, a preview appears showing the full lease text. You can:
- Read through the entire document
- Edit any section before saving
- Regenerate if you want a different version

Always have a legal professional review the generated lease before sending it to tenants.
Saving the Lease
Click Save as Draft to store the generated lease. From the Leases list, you can then:
- Preview the document
- Send it for e-signature
