    Writing Your Description

You can write your listing description manually or let AI do the heavy lifting.

    Using AI to Write Descriptions

    1. Look for the AI Description button near the description field
    2. Click it to generate a professional description based on your listing details
    3. Review the generated text and make any personal adjustments

The AI considers your property type, size, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, listed amenities, neighbourhood details, and rent when writing the description.

    Description Best Practices

    • Always review AI-generated text before publishing
    • Add personal touches that highlight unique features
    • Mention nearby transit, schools, or shopping if relevant
    • Keep descriptions between 150 and 300 words for best engagement
    • Avoid making claims about the neighbourhood that you cannot verify

    Photo Tips

    • Use natural lighting whenever possible
