    Managing and Editing Your Listings

    Keep your listings accurate and up-to-date to attract the right tenants.

    Editing a Published Listing

    1. Go to Listings in your dashboard sidebar
    2. Find the listing you want to update
    3. Click the listing card or the Edit button
    4. Make your changes (price, description, photos, amenities)
    5. Click Save to update the live listing

    Pausing a Listing

    If you want to temporarily hide your listing without deleting it:

    1. Open the listing detail page
    2. Click Pause Listing
    3. The listing will be removed from public search results
    4. You can reactivate it anytime by clicking Resume

    Unpublishing a Listing

    To fully take a listing offline:

    1. Open the listing and click Unpublish
    2. The listing data and photos are preserved
    3. You can republish later without re-entering everything

    Tips

    • Update photos seasonally to keep listings fresh
    • Adjust pricing if your unit has been listed for more than 30 days without applications
    • Use the AI pricing tool to check if your rent is competitive
