    Managing Tenant Tabs and Records

The right side of the tenant detail page is organized into four tabs. Each one focuses on a different aspect of the tenant's records.

    Profile Tab

The Profile tab shows the tenant's personal information in a clean summary format:

    • Personal Information - First name, last name, member since date, phone, and email.
    • Emergency Contact - Name and phone number of the tenant's emergency contact, if provided.
    • Recent Transactions - A timeline of payment activity showing invoices and rent payments. Each entry displays the amount, date, payment method, and status. You can click on any transaction to view the full invoice or receipt.

    Requests Tab

The Requests tab lists all maintenance requests submitted by this tenant. Each request shows:

    • A photo thumbnail if the tenant attached images when reporting the issue.
    • A priority badge (Low, Medium, High, Urgent) so you can triage quickly.
    • A status badge (Open, In Progress, Completed, Cancelled) to track progress.

Click any request to open the full maintenance detail view.

    Documents Tab

The Documents tab displays files that have been uploaded for this tenant, such as lease agreements, ID copies, or proof of income. Documents are lazy-loaded for performance, meaning they only fetch from the server when you open this tab.

    Co-Tenants / Housemates Tab

This tab works differently depending on whether you are viewing a primary tenant or a co-tenant:

    • For primary tenants: You will see a list of all co-tenants sharing the unit, along with an Add Co-Tenant button to add more. Each co-tenant card shows their name, contact info, and a "Co-tenant" role badge.
    • For co-tenants: The tab shows a read-only list of housemates with role badges indicating who is the Primary tenant and who are Co-tenants.
