    Navigating the Tenants Dashboard

The Tenants page is your central hub for managing every tenant in your organization. Here is what you will find when you open it.

    Stat Cards

At the top of the page, three summary cards give you a quick snapshot:

    • Active Tenants - The total number of tenants currently renting from you.
    • Properties - How many properties are under management.
    • Expiring Soon - Leases ending within the next 30 days, so you can plan renewals or turnovers.

    Adding Tenants

Two buttons sit just below the stats:

    • Add Tenant - Opens a form where you manually enter the tenant's name, email, phone, and emergency contact. You can also assign them to a property and unit right away.
    • Invite Tenant - Sends an email invitation so the tenant can create their own portal account and fill in their details.

    Pending Tenants Panel

If you have uploaded a lease document and Lease24 detected tenant names that have not been confirmed yet, they will appear in the Pending Tenants panel. You can review each one and either confirm or dismiss them.

    Searching and Filtering

Use the search bar to find tenants by name or email. The status filter lets you narrow the list to:

    • All - Every tenant record.
    • Active - Tenants with a current lease.
    • Pending - Tenants awaiting confirmation or onboarding.
    • Expired - Tenants whose lease has ended.
    • No Lease - Tenant records that do not have a lease attached yet.

    Tenant Cards

Each tenant appears as a card showing:

    • Their avatar and full name
    • The property and unit they are assigned to
    • Contact information (email and phone)
    • A lease status badge (Active, Expired, or No Lease)
    • Monthly rent amount and lease end date
    • A co-tenant count badge if they share the unit with others

    Row Actions

Hover over or click the menu on any tenant card to access:

    • View - Opens the full tenant detail page.
    • Edit - Opens the edit dialog to update their information.
    • + Lease - Appears for tenants without a lease, letting you create one directly.
    • Delete - Removes the tenant record after confirmation.
