Overview
View your AI usage and remaining credits from Settings > AI Credits in the sidebar. Lease24 includes an AI assistant called Maren that helps with property management tasks.
Understanding AI Credits
Each interaction with Maren uses AI credits. Your available credits depend on your plan:
- Free - Basic chat with limited daily requests
- Growth - Standard AI tools with higher limits
- Scale and Enterprise - Full AI capabilities with generous usage quotas
Usage Dashboard
The AI Credits page shows:
- Daily Usage - How many requests you have made today vs. your daily limit
- Token Usage - Total input and output tokens consumed
- Usage History - A chart showing your AI usage over time
What Uses Credits
Credits are consumed when you:
- Chat with Maren (the AI assistant)
- Use AI-powered features like auto-generating listing descriptions
- Request AI pricing suggestions for rental units
- Generate lease documents with AI assistance
- Use AI to draft maintenance responses
Monitoring Usage
Keep an eye on your daily usage to avoid hitting your limit. If you reach your daily cap, AI features are temporarily unavailable until the next day. Consider upgrading to a higher plan if you consistently reach your limit.
