Overview
Your profile page lets you update personal information and account details. Access it from the sidebar under Settings > My Profile.
Personal Profile
All roles (Hybrid, Manager, Tenant, Owner, Vendor) have a personal profile section with the following fields:
- First Name and Last Name
- Email (read-only, tied to your login)
- Phone Number
- Avatar - Upload a profile photo
Changes are saved automatically when you click Save Changes.
Professional Profile (Manager Role)
Managers see an additional Professional Profile tab where they can set up their public marketplace listing:
- Company Name and Business Description
- Service Areas - Regions you operate in
- Specializations - Property types you manage
- Years of Experience
- Certifications and Licenses
- Portfolio Details - Number of units managed
This information appears on your public manager profile in the Lease24 marketplace.
Service Profile (Vendor Role)
Vendors see a Service Profile tab to configure their marketplace presence:
- Business Name and Service Description
- Service Categories - Types of work you perform
- Service Areas - Where you operate
- Rates and Availability
Hybrid Role
Hybrid users (self-managing owners) have a simplified single-page personal profile. Since Hybrid users manage their own properties, they do not need a professional marketplace profile.
