Overview
Control how and when you receive alerts by going to Settings > Notifications in the sidebar. This page is available for Hybrid and Tenant roles.
Notification Categories
You can toggle notifications on or off for different categories:
- Maintenance Updates - Alerts when maintenance requests are created, updated, or completed
- Lease Reminders - Upcoming lease expirations, renewal deadlines, and signing requests
- Payment Alerts - Invoice sent, payment received, overdue notices
- Application Updates - New applications, status changes, screening results
- Messages - New chat messages from tenants, managers, or vendors
- System Announcements - Platform updates and new feature notifications
Delivery Methods
For each category, you can choose your preferred delivery method:
- In-App - Notifications appear in your dashboard notification bell
- Email - Receive email alerts to your registered address
Quiet Hours
You can optionally set quiet hours during which non-urgent notifications are held and delivered later. This prevents alerts from interrupting you outside business hours.
Saving Preferences
Click Save Preferences after making changes. Your notification settings apply across all devices where you are logged in.
