Overview
Track and manage your document storage from Settings > Storage in the sidebar. This page shows how much storage you have used and lets you browse uploaded files.
Storage Dashboard
The storage overview displays:
- Used Storage - Total MB or GB used across all file types
- Storage Limit - Maximum storage allowed by your plan
- Usage Percentage - A visual progress bar showing how close you are to your limit
Storage Breakdown
See how your storage is distributed across categories:
- Lease Documents - Signed leases, amendments, and related files
- Maintenance Photos - Images attached to maintenance requests
- Invoice Attachments - Supporting documents for invoices
- Property Photos - Listing images and property documentation
- General Uploads - Any other files uploaded through the platform
Browsing Files
Click into any storage category to browse individual files. From the file browser you can:
- Preview files (images and PDFs)
- Download files to your device
- Delete files to free up storage space
Archived Files
Files from completed or cancelled leases are moved to the archived files section. These still count toward your storage limit but are separated for easier organization.
Upgrading Storage
If you are approaching your storage limit, consider upgrading your plan for additional capacity. A warning banner appears when you reach 80% of your limit.
