Adding Your First Property and Unit

Add Your First Property

Every rental starts with a property and at least one unit.

Steps

1. From your dashboard, click Add Property in Quick Actions
2. Enter the property address - Lease24 geocodes it automatically
3. Select the property type (e.g., Apartment Building, House, Condo)
4. Save the property
5. Click Add Unit on the property detail page
6. Enter unit details: unit number, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage
7. Save the unit

Important

• You need at least one unit before creating a listing
• You can add multiple units to a single property
• Property type affects available features and compliance options
