Using Property Financial Charts and Reports
Scroll down on any Property Detail page and you will find a rich set of financial charts and reports. These tools help you understand how your property is performing over time.
Combined Income vs. Expenses Chart
The main chart shows your income and expenses plotted together so you can see trends at a glance. Income is shown in one color and expenses in another, making it easy to spot months where costs were higher than usual.
Time Range Selector
Above the chart, you can choose a time range to control how much data is displayed:
- 1 Month - Just the current month.
- 3 Months - A quarterly view.
- 6 Months - A half-year perspective.
- 1 Year - The full annual picture.
Changing the range updates the chart and all related data instantly.
Occupancy Overview
Next to the financial chart, there is an occupancy overview widget that shows:
- The current occupancy rate as a percentage.
- A breakdown of occupied vs. vacant units.
- Trends over the selected time period.
This helps you correlate vacancy periods with income dips.
Maintenance Insights
The maintenance insights section includes:
- Status chart - A visual breakdown of maintenance requests by their current status (open, in progress, completed).
- Priority chart - Shows how many requests fall into each priority level (low, medium, high, urgent).
These charts help you stay on top of property upkeep and spot patterns that might need attention.
Payment History Tab
Switch to the Payment History tab to see a detailed log of all payments received for this property. Each entry shows the tenant name, amount, date, and payment status. You can use this to verify that rent is coming in on time.
Expense History Tab
The Expense History tab lists all expenses recorded against this property. Each entry includes the category, amount, date, and any notes you added. This is useful for tracking maintenance costs, utilities, insurance, and other property-related spending.
