
Understanding the Property Detail Page
When you click on a property from the dashboard, you are taken to the Property Detail page. This is where you get a complete picture of everything happening at that property.
Hero Section
At the top of the page, you will see a hero section that includes:
- Property photos - A visual gallery of the property images you have uploaded.
- Address - The full address of the property displayed prominently.
- Amenity badges - Quick visual indicators showing features like parking availability, pet friendliness, and whether the property is furnished.
Current Tenants Panel
Below the hero section, there is a quick-access panel showing the current tenants at this property. Each tenant entry includes:
- Name - The tenant's full name.
- Phone link - Click to call the tenant directly.
- Email link - Click to send the tenant an email.
This panel makes it easy to reach out to tenants without navigating away from the property page.
Quick Actions Bar
The quick actions bar gives you one-click access to the most common tasks:
- Invite Tenant - Send an invitation to a new tenant for one of your units.
- Add Expense - Record a new expense against this property.
- Record Payment - Log a payment received from a tenant.
These shortcuts save you time by eliminating the need to navigate through multiple menus.
Applications and Leases Cards
You will also see quick-access cards for:
- Applications - Shows the count of pending applications for units at this property, with a link to review them.
- Leases - Displays active lease information with links to view lease details.
Key Metric Cards
At a glance, four metric cards show you the financial and occupancy health of the property:
- Total Units - The number of units in this property.
- Occupancy Rate - The percentage of units that are currently occupied.
- Monthly Income - Total expected rental income from all units.
- Net Income - Income minus expenses for the current period.
These metrics help you quickly assess how a property is performing without digging into reports.
