Finding and applying for a rental on Lease24 is straightforward. This guide walks you through every step, from browsing listings to submitting your application.
Finding Listings
- Visit the Rentals page from the main navigation
- Use filters to narrow results by location, price range, bedrooms, and property type
- Switch between list view and map view depending on your preference
- Click on any listing to view full details, photos, and amenities
Starting Your Application
Once you find a listing you like:
- Click the Apply Now button on the listing detail page
- If you have a Lease24 account, sign in first so your information auto-fills
- If you do not have an account, you can still apply as a guest
The Application Form
The application form typically asks for:
- Personal information - full name, date of birth, phone number, and email
- Current address - where you live now and how long you have lived there
- Employment details - employer name, position, and monthly income
- References - previous landlord contact information
- Co-applicants - if applying with a partner or roommate, their details will be requested
Required Documents
Be prepared to upload:
- Government-issued photo ID
- Proof of income (pay stubs, employment letter, or tax returns)
