Making Payments and Viewing Receipts
Lease24 makes it easy to pay your rent and keep track of your payment history.
Viewing Upcoming Payments
- Click Payments in the sidebar navigation
- You will see any outstanding invoices with the amount due and due date
- Overdue payments are highlighted so you can address them quickly
Making a Payment
When your landlord sends you an invoice:
- Go to the Payments section
- Find the invoice you want to pay
- Click Pay Now to proceed
- Follow the payment instructions provided by your landlord
Payment methods depend on what your landlord has set up. Common options include e-transfer, direct deposit, or online payment through Stripe.
Payment History
Your complete payment history is available in the Payments section. You can see:
- Date of each payment
- Amount paid
- Payment status (completed, pending, or failed)
- Which invoice the payment was for
Viewing and Downloading Receipts
After a payment is processed, a receipt is generated automatically:
- Go to the Receipts tab in your Payments section
- Find the receipt you need
- Click the Download button to save a PDF copy
Receipts include the payment date, amount, property address, and your landlord details. These are useful for tax purposes, so we recommend downloading them at least once a year.
