Viewing Your Lease
Your lease details are available directly from your tenant portal, so you can review terms, dates, and documents anytime.
Finding Your Lease
- From your tenant dashboard, click Lease in the sidebar navigation
- You will see your current lease with key details like start date, end date, monthly rent, and status
Lease Details
Your lease page shows:
- Lease Term - Start and end dates
- Monthly Rent - The amount due each month
- Status - Active, pending signature, or expired
- Unit and Property - Which unit the lease applies to
Signing Your Lease
If your landlord has sent you a lease to sign:
- You will see a notification on your dashboard or a banner on the lease page
- Click Review and Sign to open the lease document
- Read through the terms carefully
- Add your signature at the bottom of the document
- Click Submit Signature to complete the signing
Once both you and your landlord have signed, the lease becomes active.
Downloading Your Lease
To save a copy of your lease:
- Go to your lease details page
- Click the Download PDF button
- The lease document will download to your device
Keep a copy of your signed lease for your records. You can download it anytime from your portal.
