Your Tenant Dashboard
Your tenant dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in. It gives you a quick snapshot of everything happening with your rental.
What You Will See
Hero Stats
At the top of your dashboard, you will find key numbers at a glance:
- Next Payment - The amount and due date for your upcoming rent
- Lease Status - Whether your lease is active, pending, or expiring soon
- Open Requests - How many maintenance requests you currently have open
Action Items
If there is anything that needs your attention, like an unsigned lease, an upcoming payment, or a pending maintenance update, it will appear in the Action Items section. Each item links directly to where you need to go.
Property Showcase
This section shows your current rental property with a photo, address, and unit details. You can click through to see more about your unit.
Calendar
Your dashboard includes a calendar view that highlights important dates like rent due dates, lease milestones, and scheduled maintenance visits.
Recent Activity
The activity feed at the bottom shows your latest updates, including payment confirmations, maintenance status changes, and messages from your landlord or property manager.
Getting Started
If you are a new tenant, your dashboard may prompt you to complete onboarding steps like confirming your contact information or reviewing your lease. Follow the action items to get set up.
