Your Rental Profile

Your rental profile contains your personal information and rental history. Keeping it up to date helps landlords process your applications faster.

Accessing Your Profile

1. Click on your avatar or name in the top right corner
2. Select Profile from the dropdown menu
3. You will see your profile details and settings

What Your Profile Includes

• Personal Information - Your name, email, and phone number
• Avatar - A profile photo (optional but recommended)
• Contact Preferences - How you prefer to be contacted
• Rental History - A summary of your past and current rentals on Lease24

Updating Your Information

To edit your profile:

1. Go to your profile page
2. Click Edit next to the section you want to update
3. Make your changes
4. Click Save to confirm

Keep your contact information current so your landlord can reach you about important matters like lease renewals, maintenance scheduling, or payment reminders.

Privacy

Your profile information is only visible to landlords and property managers you have a relationship with (through an active lease or application). It is not shared publicly or with other tenants.
