Managing Your Applications
If you have applied for a rental through Lease24, you can track the status of your applications from your tenant portal.
Viewing Your Applications
- Click Applications in the sidebar navigation
- You will see a list of all your rental applications
- Each application shows the property name, unit, submission date, and current status
Application Statuses
Your application can be in one of these stages:
- Submitted - Your application has been received and is waiting for review
- Under Review - The landlord or manager is reviewing your application
- Screening - A background or credit check is in progress
- Approved - Your application has been approved
- Conditionally Approved - Approved with certain conditions (check the notes for details)
- Declined - Unfortunately, your application was not approved this time
Uploading Documents
Some applications may require additional documents like proof of income or references:
- Open the application in question
- Look for the Documents section
- Click Upload to attach the required files
- Supported formats include PDF, JPG, and PNG
What Happens After Approval
Once your application is approved, your landlord will typically:
- Convert your application to a tenant record
- Create a lease for you to review and sign
- Send you an invitation to join the property
You will receive notifications at each step so you know what to expect next.
