
Submit a Maintenance Request
Report issues to your landlord quickly and track the resolution.
Steps
- From your tenant dashboard, go to Maintenance
- Click New Request
- Select a category (e.g., Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC)
- Describe the issue in detail
- Upload photos if possible
- Set the urgency level
- Submit your request
Tracking Your Request
After submitting, you'll see real-time status updates:
- Received: Your landlord has been notified
- Acknowledged: Your landlord is reviewing it
- Scheduled: A repair date has been set
- Completed: The issue has been resolved
Tips
- Be specific in your description
- Upload photos - they help resolve issues faster
- Set urgency accurately (Emergency for safety issues only)
