    Report issues to your landlord quickly and track the resolution.

    Steps

    1. From your tenant dashboard, go to Maintenance
    2. Click New Request
    3. Select a category (e.g., Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC)
    4. Describe the issue in detail
    5. Upload photos if possible
    6. Set the urgency level
    7. Submit your request

    Tracking Your Request

    After submitting, you'll see real-time status updates:

    • Received: Your landlord has been notified
    • Acknowledged: Your landlord is reviewing it
    • Scheduled: A repair date has been set
    • Completed: The issue has been resolved

    Tips

    • Be specific in your description
    • Upload photos - they help resolve issues faster
    • Set urgency accurately (Emergency for safety issues only)
